How can I buy a print?

The online shop will open at 12:00 AM EST on the day listed on the Shop page. The Shop page will only be open for 24 hours until 11:59 PM EST, which afterwards, will not open again until the following announced date. We will be selling limited quantities of our prints on a first come, first served basis.

If limited quantities sell out before the end of the day, we unfortunately will not have any more available until the next sale date. If you would like to pick up a print in person, please check out the Events page.

How is payment handled?

Orders placed online can be processed safely through using either PayPal or Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards as well as e-check payments.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS International First Class. International orders may take up to 14 business days, but could take even longer depending on the final destination.

***International buyers are responsible for any customs and duties charges as your country requires. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

How is my print packaged?

Standard Prints (anything smaller than 13x19”) are packaged in a sealed plastic sleeve, and shipped flat in a ridged cardboard mailer. The package will be marked ‘Fragile’ so it is handled with care.

Oversize Prints (anything larger than 13x19”) are packaged rolled, and shipped in a durable, cardboard mailing tube.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive to their destination in 3-5 business days.

International orders may take up to 14 business days, but could take even longer depending on the final destination.

What if my print gets lost during shipping?

I am not responsible for lost packages due to USPS or any international courier, and I will not be able to reimburse you under any circumstances once your order has shipped. I might be able to replace your print on a case-by-case basis, provided that the buyer willingly pays for another shipping charge.

Due to the nature of artworks and because I'm a one-person artist business, if you are ordering from outside of the United States, please order at your own risk. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier.

What if my print arrives damaged or in the wrong size?

Due to the nature of artworks, returns, refunds and/or exchanges will only be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have received damaged prints, please be sure to photograph the package and damaged prints, then contact me within 2 days of receipt at: contact(at)matsumotoart.com.

***Please read product descriptions & policies carefully before ordering!
