+ PAYMENT

  • Orders placed online are processed safely through either Stripe or Paypal. Both services accept all major debit/credit cards.

+ SHIPPING

Due to higher online traffic and the current pandemic, please allow for additional shipping time on all orders. Please allow up to 25 business days for Domestic orders, and 45 business days for International orders.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Items are shipped out within 2-5 business days of the order being placed.
  • Items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight and size of each package.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number, if available, will be sent to the email associated with the order.
  • Domestic orders should arrive in approximately 1-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International buyers are responsible for any duty, tax, or customs fees as your country requires. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
  • Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.
  • International orders regularly take up to 7-21 business days or longer depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.

+ RETURNED PACKAGES

IMPORTANT - Please double-check the shipping address prior to finalizing the order. If corrections to order need to be made, the person who placed the order must contact us via email within 24 hours from the time the order was submitted.

  • Any package returned to us that would need to be reshipped will be required to pay an additional shipping fee ($15 Domestic / $30 International) prior to reshipment.
  • No exceptions for the additional shipping fee if due to: 1) a missing apartment/unit numbers, 2) a wrong/incomplete address, 3) the package not retrieved in time from post office, 4) Etc.

+ PACKAGING

All orders will be packed reinforced and marked "fragile" to best ensure they are handled with care.

ART PRINTS

  • Art Prints (anything smaller than 13" x 19”) are packaged in a sealed protective plastic sleeve, placed between sturdy double corrugated cardboard/chipboard pads, and shipped flat in a rigid cardboard mailer.

ART POSTERS

  • If any Art Poster (anything larger than 13" x 19”) is included in an order, all prints will be carefully rolled, packaged in a protective plastic sleeve, and shipped in a durable cardboard mailing tube.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All Art Prints/Posters for International orders will be carefully rolled, packaged in a protective plastic sleeve, and shipped in a durable cardboard mailing tube.

+ PURCHASES

RETURNS

  • All sales/orders are final and non-refundable. By ordering and submitting payment, you agree to these terms. Exchanges are accepted if items are damaged while in transit.

EXCHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

  • Exchanges and Cancellations are permitted within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Please be sure to take multiple photographs of the arrived package and damaged prints' condition, then email us ASAP at contact(@)matsumotoart(dot)com to make us aware of the damages and photos taken. We'll be in touch with you regarding the next steps.

+ WORK FOR HIRE

  • Please send us an email with your freelance/commercial project-related details (including your estimated budget, turnaround time required, and any addt'l terms) to contact(@)matsumotoart(dot)com .

+ PRIVATE COMMISSIONS

  • Updates on available private commission slots are announced on Instagram and Twitter. You can also sign up for the email newsletter, located at the bottom of the website, for direct updates.

  • Please note that the term "Private Commissions" are reserved for clients who want artwork that will not be used commercially nor for profit in any way.
